Self Esteem Workbook for Women

Hello friends.

As many of you know my life has been in turmoil a bit lately. I thank you all for your prayers and support. During this time I have been focusing more on self care and emotional healing.

I received a review copy of the self esteem workbook for women last week and I could not put it down. After all the years of counseling and therapies I finally found something that totally speaks to me. I never considered low self esteem as the root of many of my mental health struggles but as I read the book I felt like the author was describing my life specifically. I am in the process of implementing the strategies given by the author and I am hopeful that it will help me dig myself out of this darkness. I will share any planner printables I create to be companions to this book once they are finished.

If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, anger management or even just relationship issues I can't urge you enough to read this book. It is life changing.
