Top 10+1 Trends for Planners 2025

10 + 1Top Paper Planner Trends for 2025: Your Ultimate Planning Guide

1. Minimalistic Design: Planners are embracing simplicity, stripping away unnecessary details to help users focus on what truly matters. This is not a trend I am going to jump on. I feel like the all the stickers and pretty things encourages me to spend more time in my planner. For me the creativity is an important part of the process.

2. Sustainability Focus: Eco-friendly planners made from recycled materials and sustainable sources are becoming increasingly popular. Hopefully the market will keep up and offer more affordable options.

3. Compact and Portable: Pocket-sized and passport-sized planners are trending, allowing for easy carry and lightweight organization. Personally I will always believe Traveller's notebooks are the perfect everyday carry.

4. Wellness Integration: Planners now include dedicated spaces for self-care, mental health tracking, and personal reflection. I created a layout to track my EDD list (Every Darn Day) because my mental health disorders make it hard for me to remember to do basic things like combing my hair, brushing my teeth, getting dressed and such. It may seem silly to some but it helps me to live a healthier life.

5. Goal-Setting Frameworks: Enhanced goal-tracking features with monthly themes and reflection pages are becoming standard. Experiment with different methods like SMART goals or the Eisenhower method. Without a clear roadmap it is extremely hard to achieve your goals. Remember a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step.

6. Customization Options: Planners offer more flexibility with additional blank pages, creative spaces, and personalized layouts and I am here for it. I hate buying a generic planner only to find it does not fulfill my needs.

7. Motivational Themes: Monthly motivational sections help users focus on personal growth and self-improvement. I like to tie the theme to the season as a more quarterly theme. Maybe this year I will try monthly. Do you have motivational themes?^

8. Lay-Flat Binding: Improved binding techniques allow planners to open completely flat for easier writing. This gets me every year, add a bulky cover or stick to the flat laminated covers?

9. Intentional Design: Planners are focusing on purposeful layouts that encourage mindful planning and habit tracking.

10. Expanded Organizational Tools: Features like moon phases, yearly overviews, and habit trackers are becoming more sophisticated.

Bonus tip: Community-Driven Planning: Planners are designed to connect with broader planning communities and personal development goals.

Colour Trend:Fuzzy Peach

Peach Fuzz: The Trendiest Tone in Papercrafting

In the ever-evolving world of papercrafting, one color is making a soft yet powerful impact: peach fuzz. This delicate hue, a blend of light orange and soft pink, has become a favorite for crafters looking to add warmth, elegance, and versatility to their projects. Here’s why peach fuzz is taking over the crafting scene and how you can incorporate it into your next masterpiece.

Why Peach Fuzz is Perfect for Papercrafting

1. A Versatile Neutral: Peach fuzz walks the line between a pastel and a warm neutral, making it easy to pair with a variety of colors. It complements earthy tones, pops against darker shades, and blends seamlessly with other pastels.

2. Seasonal Appeal: While peach fuzz is ideal for spring and summer projects, it’s versatile enough to bring a soft glow to autumn and even holiday crafts. Paired with golds and greens, it can transition effortlessly into festive themes.

3. Emotional Warmth: The hue evokes feelings of comfort and optimism. Its subtle vibrancy makes it ideal for uplifting designs like thank-you cards, wedding invitations, or journal spreads.

4. Shabby Chic Aesthetic: For crafters who love the shabby chic style, peach fuzz fits perfectly with vintage florals, lace accents, and distressed edges, adding a gentle sophistication.

How to Use Peach Fuzz in Your Projects

1. Cardmaking: Use peach fuzz cardstock as a base for floral-themed greeting cards. Pair it with gold foil accents or embossing for a luxurious touch.

2. Planner Pages: Decorate your planner spreads with peach fuzz washi tape, stickers, and hand-drawn highlights to bring a cohesive and cheerful look.

3. Scrapbooking: Highlight memories with peach fuzz borders or frames, blending the hue with complementary colors like mint green or lavender.

4. Mixed Media: Incorporate peach fuzz in layered designs using watercolors, textured papers, or stenciled patterns. Its soft tone balances bold elements without overpowering them.

Inspiration from the Peach Palette

Combine peach fuzz with metallics for an elegant, modern look.

Blend it with analogous colors like coral and pale pink for a romantic vibe.

Contrast it with deep navy or emerald green for striking designs.

Where to Find Peach Fuzz Supplies

As this tone grows in popularity, many brands are incorporating it into their product lines. From patterned papers and inks to embellishments and stamps, you’ll find plenty of peach fuzz-inspired options to fuel your creativity.
